Hypnosis Session Information and Cost: Learn About My 'Pay-As-You-Go' Policy!

First Session (1.5 hour) - We begin our first appointment with a consultation/intake. I'll gather information on your medical history, family, general life-style and any other important details. We will discuss your goals, review my approach and I'll answer all of your questions.

During the last part of our first session, you will have an opportunity to experience hypnosis. After the hour and a half, we can book your next session or you can go home to think about things. Then get back to me later by phone or by email.

I offer a special rate of $75 for this 1.5 hour initial meeting. This gives you an opportunity to find out more about me, my services and whether hypnosis and/or hypnotherapy is the right choice for you.

Subsequent Sessions (1 hour) - The fee for follow-up hypnosis sessions is $75 per hour. (I also offer a special package of 3 - 1 hour sessions for $195. This works out to $65/hr or a savings of $30). During these appointments, we will review your progress and evaluate your goals before continuing with the hypnosis and/or hypnotherapy.

Program Length - The number of appointments will vary depending on individual needs. On average, clients attend between 4 and 6 hypnosis sessions. Some experience significant change in 2 or 4 sessions (i.e. smoking, fears/phobias and habit change), while others may require more (i.e. stress, anxiety, emotional issues, depression, long standing weight issues, emotional/stress eating, life-style changes etc.).

'Pay-As-You-Go' Policy - With some hypnosis programs you pay an up-front 'package fee' or are required to purchase several sessions in advance. Here, at Niagara Hypnosis you 'pay-as-you-go' -- the decision to continue is yours to make.
